Salt Dough handprints

Ive been meaning to make hand print ornament things from my daughter’s hand since she was about 1 week old. 2 years later, I’ve finally done it!!

It’s ridiculously easy. I used 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup plain flour. (There’s about 8 million tutorials online.)

Here’s what we made:

ImageIt’s drying now (so it may still crumble apart πŸ˜‰ ) and when it’s ready I’ll loop some ribbon through and hang it on the tree. Great little present for grandparents too.

  1. Thanks guys. It was really easy, you must do it. I’m gutted I didn’t do it before, but thinking it might be a sweet Christmas tradition to start and I and my daughter can watch her hands grow over the years. : )
